Community Legal Assistance Sarnia (CLAS) offers free education sessions to organizations, associations, employers, employees, and schools. We tailor the presentation to fit your learning objectives, and we can cover a range of topics including but not limited to:

• Legal obligations of employers in preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace
• How to make workplace harassment policies and programs more effective

Resources

In an effort to raise awareness on sexual harassment in the workplace, we create brochures, pamphlets, and posters. We can make these materials available to you, and also direct you to valuable resources from governmental and legal agencies.

Free Legal Advice

CLAS offers free legal advice and information to those experiencing sexual harassment in the workplace. If you qualify financially, CLAS can represent you in legal proceedings.
